I was always confused about how to control plugins in DAW remote mode, thanks for taking the time and effort to explain everything in detail!

Wow I found this by accident. This is very helpful. I was thinking about trading in my MODX8.

MIDI Channel assignments? I’m coming from a Roland RD-2000 to a Montage M. On the RD, I had each soft synth set to a different MIDI channel and RD faders/knobs aligned to those separate channels. Do I need to setup the zones on the Montage for each soft synth and an associated channel, or was this video shot with all the soft synth all on a single MIDI channel? Thank you!
