How often do you plan to do this type of workout? Twice per week? Three times? More?

Has this speed training translated into straighter shots and lower scores? I hope that's what the end goal is....Would like to see you on the course again. Thanks

Are you going to do, or have you been recommended, the training both right handed and left handed? Makes some sense to train both sides even if you only play right handed.

Have you been back to Mike Malaska? I'm wondering what he's thinking about all this? Are you still a disciple of his? Thank you.

If you could only choose one of the products you've used to boost your speed, which do you think had the greatest benefit?

Look at Brendon’s lefty swings with the weighted stick. Love to see them in slow motion. Those are darn good swings, and without ever practicing all the technique stuff as he has done on the right side. He’s turned off his brain and just swinging hard.

This site focuses usually focuses (and almost obsessively) on technique but there is a school of thought that holds the best approach is to forget all technical aspects and let your body do what it does naturally as a result of millions of years of evolution when you think, “Just swing hard and hit the rock with the stick.” Don’t sell it short: it produced, e.g., Sam Snead and Moe Norman, as well as the naturally smooth swing of most kids. It’s interesting that Brendon, focused purely on speed and forgetting what his left hip and right eyebrow are doing, is producing his most proficient swings. Maybe this website, devoted to “disruptive voices” in golf, should give these folks more opportunity to tell us their views. The George Gankases, Leadbetters, Haneys, and all the other “put your body in this position” guys get enough attention. Just sayin’
