Jordan, enjoyed your reorganization looks so much better. Could you put a rack in the garage that items like mop, vacuum etc could clip into or be supported by shelf with cot out holes to hang or fasten to? Consider in garage suspended storage overhead that bins etc could be placed on. Re doing your bedroom would be great to see especially since you two will transition from roommate space to new beginning married couple. It would be a deep dive and you would need to make a mutually satisfying plan.❤❤🎉

If you own and are not renting, I suggest creating a storage closet at the wall by the stairway. I had that in the last house and it was so nice to put all my mops/vacuums, dog supplies, etc. out of sight.

Hi Jordan - the bookcase looks so good…love the plants and books and decor pieces you selected. I’m glad you moved the picture that was “on the ceiling” 😂…I notice when art is hung too high on a wall and it bugs me. For the smaller bottles on the bar cart, if you group them on a small tray, it will instantly look neater and more contained. Same for smaller items you keep on a coffee table…put them on a tray and it visually contains them and makes it look more purposeful. Cheers, Katia

Most important art should be hung at eye level. If you remove the bar cart, you shouldn’t replace it with anything. The more you line the walls with furniture and things it makes the room shrink to the eye. The black corner shelf is too high, but also is cluttering up that wall. If you own the home I would tear down the wallpaper and paint the wall. Instead of having a bunch of littles around you should use larger statement like objects. If you have a large basket, it will look better to store your throws there. If the throws were a solid color it would ok on the chairs, but the mixing of colors and prints also make a room look cluttered. Definitely take all of your cleaning appliances and mops and store them in the garage if you don’t have storage in a kitchen closet. I would keep the coffee table decorated sparsely, but have something low and very interesting. Like a great piece of pottery, maybe a couple of books with a small live plant to set on top. Ok, that’s my unsolicited advice. I hope you don’t mind my suggestions, I just love decorating 😊
