The stuff that they drink is collagen infused drinks! Although they put on makeup to make their skin lighter the collagen brightens your skin. They usually take a vitamin before they drink it aswell but it helps make the makeup look more natural and closer to their skin tone🥰💕

Dang! All I learned from this video is that I'm not as bad-looking as I thought. I mean, I'm 41 years old, and I rarely wear make-up, but even when I wear full make-up I never wear three or four layers of foundation, nor do I contour my face, nor do I wear fake lashes, nor do I wear contacts, nor do I tape up my face (although, maybe I SHOULD start taping up the double chin I am beginning to see on my profile when I make certain faces, LOL). But, I don't look too much worse than these younger ladies do after transforming themselves using theater make-up. So, maybe I shouldn't dislike my natural looks as much as I usually do.
