I have some of the same issues with Amazon with the damaged books. I use target to order books and they package theirs way better.

Listen, my love for the McClain Brothers series is unmatched! I read them all on my kindle and then immediately ordered them. I even kept them in the box, so that I can't just grab that in case of emergency.
