When Anthony Hopkins was on Inside the Actor's Studio he said that when filming that famous scene in Silence of the Lambs where Hannibal Lecter talks about eating someone with the fava beans and the nice Chianti, the dialogue was scripted. But the slurping noise he made wasn't! It creeped out the director so much he immediately yelled "cut" and told Hopkins he was a sick bastard - but they left it in the film and it's a great addition to an iconic scene!
