Thanks for doing this video I glad you did because I did this with my saw and I took a lot of time and aggravation until I found a video on how to release it this video will be helpful to someone else that makes this goofy mistake. Take care

Take an old socket you don’t need and cut three notches in it so it will fit down over that three pronged part. It makes it MUCH easier than this to snap the brake back into the, ”off”, position. I do this about once a month at my shop. Lol
