Radio Master TX16s - Do this now before your remote bricks

This is a quick update/modification that needs to be done to your radio Master TX 16s as soon as possible. If your remote is bricked there is a solution in here. You also need to do this mod to prevent your remote from breaking.

Thank you so much for the sharing. This is gonna be a helpful tip to all users. Luckily I replaced mine with a solid SanDisk pro card on week 1, as I could tell that genuine one was a crap on my first sight.

If replacing the battery sorts it, it's not really being bricked.

I accept that the sd card can be a source of problems. However, the coin cell battery only supplies real time to the circuitry, so how does taking it out and putting it back achieve anything.

Remove the SD card is easy enough, but you didn't mention anything on what is the optimum card to replace it with! Also, why replace the battery with the same battery? Wouldn't you want to just replace it with a brand new battery while you have it apart?

not sure why you are holding the power button for so long. you should be only pressing until the screen comes on and then it wont go into what you are doing, called Factory reset. I have had this remote since it came out. Best of luck on your 3rd radio
