HI, this skillet is very good! Thankx for the vid. Is it your first use? I mean, I wanna know about that because of patina building, issues, etc. In general it takes a few times to get a result like that (until it has a shiny/glassy tempered surface).

I cant find the 30cm version online, the biggest one that I could find was the 28cm. Was this a limited edition or is it the 28cm ?

How old is the pan? Can you remove the handle?

The skillet looks fantastic, but the music in the video was irritating. Also, maybe you should crack your eggs against a flat surface, to prevent bacteria being pushed in .

Just watch this right now any butter on cast iron or enamel cast iron frying pan will not stick. You should try this in a different oil
