No cooking required. This is the best homemade healthy and delicious energy bars fully packed with nutrients,#delicious #energy #energybars #healthy

Combine all the nuts and seeds in a large bowl preferably all roasted to give it extra flavor.

Deseed the dates and cut them into smaller pieces for easy blending.

Blend the dates with the honey in a powerful blender.

When using smaller blender ,blend in batches in order to save your blender.
Mix the nuts thoroughly before adding the date-honey mixture.

Roll in the date mixture and incorporate well.

Transfer into a bowl

Press down well and cover up with a wrap.

Store in the freezer for at least two hours or place in the fridge overnight.

Cut into your desired shapes and enjoy!

260G ALMOND NUTS HAZEL NUTS AND PECAN NUTS
90G DRIED FRUITS
100G PEANUTS
50G ALMOND NUTS FLAKES
80G PISTACCHIO
500G MEDJOUL DATES
100G HONEY

Roast chia seed? But it looks just like flax seed, for sure it’s chia seeds not flax seed. Looks yummy by the way

I find the recipe a little confusing. You have nuts shown that are not listed in the recipe. And is the second ingredient 260g total of those mixed nuts OR is it 260g each? I guess since you are using so many different nuts in here, it would be good to just have a total mixed nut weight to work with. Looks yummy though!
