Phyllis is professional, presentable and is the epitome of how a Senior Cabin Crew member should behave and conduct her/him self. She manages her team with ease and leads by example, she is the last of the team to leave the aircraft when the duty day finishes. I would really feel confident working with someone like her or being a passenger on this flight. How refreshing to see such a hard working and efficient team on board an aircraft.

Yes, the male flight attendant always steals the "show" but when my hair was that long I always got written up at Delta Air Lines.... LOL

Would of LOVED this job back in the 60s... when being a flight attendant was seen as almost some kind of rock star ( golden years of flight travel). Nowadays... not so much...

I remember when flying in China, and some of the less sensitive passengers would call a flight attendant ‘ Waiter‘ as if they were waiting on tables( in their minds I bet they were, kind of glorified servants..) the ‘attendants’ always looked mortified.
