I know it's a noob question but will reducing the scale of the mesh will fasten the simulation? And increasing the scale of the mesh increase the mesh density of the domain?

I am looking towards simulation of circular microchannel and i created the geometry and mesh in micrometeres. Now in Fluent solver, micrometers units is not there and now will i have to put scaling factors and then scale or if mesh and geometry are already in microcmeters, Fluent directly keeps the domain extents in 10^-6. So what should i do? If already in domain extents by keeping the units metre, its already in value of 10^-6, do i need to scale again or leave and continue?
It is also showing solution is converged? Is it sue to the small dimension? Please give me idea.

Dear CFD Ninja thanks a lot about this amazing video, all your videos are useful, Please I have query about this video, I created a new Coordinate System (x, y, z) in ansys meshing but i didn't find any a change in fluent ( it still global coordinate), and if i do your method and put x, y, z=0 in the inlet i got the max x, y, z=0!!! please i want to do (x=0, y=0, z=0) coordinate in the inlet of my geometry because they are so for in my any help pleaaaase; i hope if you could answer me i'll be very grateful
