I didn't feel like waiting 10 weeks I was told and ended up going for a 18kt 4mm from sarraf. I decided against waiting for the Daniel jewelry because anything under 6mm is machine made and of equal quality as most well known companies getting their chains from Italy (they might give it a nicer polish when they get it, I have no idea tho). I almost decided to wait the 10 weeks so I could get the box lock but decided the lobster clasp will likely be easier to replace than the box lock long term. The box locks, especially the small ones are a little tricky and can be stubborn and in 18kt will prob start to give you problems after years of daily wear. Also this way I can add a pendant if I want. My 2 cents for anyone trying to make up there mind. If I was going to get something 6mm+ I'd definitely wait for Daniel's jewelry as then they will make it hand made.

What shape/style of chain would you recommend for a solid/sturdy everyday chain? Around 3mm - 5mm and no layering or pendants. Thank you

I just ordered the same exact chain 25 grams off my jeweler in the catalog for $1300 I guess I could of gotten a better deal but this chain is 100% solid 14k S Africa 100 stamped full Cuban
