Hi Olga, thanks for this very helpful video. I need help please, I recently started an agency, all of my clients are BYOC and I don't know how it works in applying jobs as an agency like negotiating the rate to the client and the freelancer, because when you submit a proposal in behalf of your freelancer they'll see the rate/price of the project, Do you meet the client alone before introducing the freelancer? Or both of you are present when meeting the client?

My question is that if my old client come on my freelance profile and i say him to invite me on your job and when i apply in that job as an agency member then after completing the project where the project amount shows whether on my agency or on my profile ???
