Court practice is important but it is not the only practice an advocate can do. There is legal consultancy, conveyancing, contract drafting and lot like this, which is a non court / non litigation law practice for advocates. So forcing to do case does not seem fair.

बार पहले से ही 16660 ले रही हैं फिर भी कोई लेना देना नहीं हैं ये गलत हैं पहले 3 साल ग्रेजुएशन करो फिर 3 साल लॉ करो फिर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराओ और फिर A I B E क्लियर करो फिर जिला बार में मेंबर शिप लो उसके पैसे अलग देने पड़ते हैं और बाद में बार कॉउंसलिंग कहती हैं हमें कोई लेना देना नहीं हैं इस बात से में असहमत हूँ 🤔🤔🤔

In my opinion bar council also should bring mandatory standards that every university will have to fulfill. And there shall be A training program of 2 yrs where law graduates have to be admissoned and can learn practically how things work in courts. So that they will no more dependent on seniors who aren't willing to teach them.

Making srict rules by authorities are very easy. But the problems or difficulties faced by the new comer advocates coming into profession or why not coming to profession are not considered by them.

यह एक अच्छा कदम है... आज जिनके पास cop है और जो court जा रहे है वो भी इतने है की इतने तो client नहीं है sir... My suggestion - Aibe का exam clat की तरह कर देना चाहिए... अन्यथा इस exam को बंद कर देना चाहिए 🙏

its a fallacy to think that you have to stand in court to be advocate - what about those advocates who do documentstion draft contracts n plaints petitions good research n finding precedents etc - good paperwork helps courts better than those litigating -

Every strictness should be imposed on lawyers only and not on filmstars, singers, sports-persons who become ministers enjoy power and facilities while there being in the ministry, make stupid laws for the country while advocates fight cases over laws made by such stupid, duffer filmstars, singers and sports-persons and at the same time they enjoy 100s of crores of rupees from advertisements, movie, sports events, private events, have a series of their own business brands while advocates out of jealousy are trying to destroy advocates' fraternity itself.
