1. stop watching pornography
2. going to the gym regularly will get you a physique better than 60% of all people (you’d be surprised by how many people are okay with being overweight/underweight)
3. learn to be charismatic, it will get you so far in life

Bro, I just discovered your content, and really feel so motivated because you remind me that I am going through a positive path. I've been fighting against a drug addiction around 2 years, and developing new habits in order to beat it (going to gym, playing bass again, reading books...). I've lost most of my friend and relatives, so I just got my parents, my brother and me. I moved to another country, and it's been 6 months from my last day taking drugs. Once a day, I take a step forward to my dreams (I'm an artist/producer), and getting ready when better times come around.
