This video shows you how to install a new Headlight Bulb on your 2007-2015 Mazda CX-9.

This repair was done on a 2007 Mazda CX-9 Sport 3.5L Sport Utility 4-Door AWD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

My Mazda 2013 CX-9 has two similar housing units on both sides, one for high beam and one for low beam. (Not shown well in the video) Be sure you are changing out the correct light. The low beam on mine is actually a bit further back and closer to the fender. Same process, but with a bit different plug.

Pretty easy! I don’t have much experience with this stuff, though successfully replaced my headlight within 30 mins (only 2 melt downs).

To find out what light bulb to get-go to your local auto parts store and let them know the make and model of the vehicle. My bulb costed about $30.

If you replace your light and it still doesn’t turn on: I had to take all my fuses out from the fuse box (located in then behind panel in the glove box) and put them back in. Then the headlight worked! 😂😅
