I've been doing 3 a day. $50-$75 per order (exterior). They give me an opportunity to say, hey I need more to do that assignment and sometimes they ask what my fee is for an assignment before I send it.

Hi Steve, I've been in real estate since 2014 and now have my associate brokers license in Ga. I have had numerous coaches and classes and you and the info that you give to everyone is by far the best I've ever seen. Thanks for all you're doing to help other agents/brokers and being HONEST about everything. I just had a question about applying to these B.P.O. companies. When applying to one like Core Logic, how do you apply? I know how simple that sound but do you apply through their " career link" somehow? Maybe through the " contact us" link with coversheet and resume? Sorry to ask such a simple question. Thanks again for all you're doing!!

I've never done a BPO, but I did work for an asset mgmt company that did the inspections on the bank owned properties when I lived in NY. It was a lot...A LOT!...of time, effort and work for very little money (between $4-$6/per house) so I didn't do that very long. But the type of work I did was exactly the same as a BPO inspector aside from doing comps. I'd love to get a side gig doing BPOs to pick up the slack between deals. I'm also very familiar with doing short sales. I'm curious how long it takes once you contact these companies to actually get assignments. Could it be quick like within a week or 2? Or does it take months of waiting to get on their list of service providers?
