Overall making you more in tune with mother nature, and giving you a peaceful vibe. 432 Hz ensures that the brain is tuned to the earth's frequency.

You may ask, what is the significance? Well at large, think about your 5 physical senses: Taste, sight, touch, smell, and hearing... The food that you eat, i.e: Chips, candy, and pastries vs. fruits and vegetables... What you see, i.e: Watching television vs sightseeing nature... What you touch, i.e: Touching garbage vs touching an animal or walking in the sand... What you smell, i.e: Smelling a polluted area or spoiled milk vs smelling fresh air... and lastly, what you listen to i.e: The frequencies that you tune into on a daily basis (music, etc.). Everything that we put into our bodies eventually becomes a part of our energy levels, whether physical energy, mental energy, emotional energy, spiritual energy, etc. Since everything is made of energy from our words to our thoughts, we need to be mindful and careful.

With energy turning into thoughts, and those thoughts turning into emotions, which then turn into energy that we can not see on an eye-level. Frequency is not something that can be heard or seen, but more-so felt. It is significant because at large, these physical energies are impactful at great levels to our mind and consciousness, which can affect our every-day life, our thoughts, our feelings, and our decisions. So we must know, understand, and take action on what we are tuning our bodies into on a daily basis for the greater good of yourself, humanity, and creation.
