Artificial Intelligence and Ethics: In Search of Coherence

Join us this Thursday as Dr. Farzin Aghdasi presents the conceptual framework that guides study and action for creating vibrant communities according to the vision of Baha'u'llah for humanity. This same framework can be used to apply ethical principles to guide the application of artificial intelligence to numerous areas of human endeavor, demonstrating the principle of the harmony of science and religion.

Dr. Farzin Aghdasi has been a longtime pioneer in Africa, and a member of the Continental Board of Counsellors in the Americas. He is currently the Secretary of the Regional Baha'i Council of the State of California. He was a professor in engineering and currently works in industrial research in AI in Silicon Valley.
