We’re super happy to share a new recipe and video from Lucas Sin.

His Chiu Chow-Style Boiled Beef Hot Pot is simple and decadent. A sparkling clear coriander (cilantro) and mushroom broth is built over braised beef bone.

The cooking couldn’t be simpler - the wagyu gets a 10-second swish through the simmering liquid.

“It’s elegant, not over-spiced, it won't get in the way of the natural sweetness of the wagyu,” says Lucas.

Dude, Chinese food is already more prestigious than french Italian food. If you look at Italian food, the pasta and dried meats etc, it’s all Chinese just ask Marco Polo!
