I played the same City Sample in Unreal 5.4 bu t got significant flickering on buildings (they call it moire pattern) even with the Cinematic Scalability. It's amazing to see you play it in real time without any flickering. How did you get rid of all flickering?

Just an FYI regarding some testing I've done using UE 5.4.2 and DLSS 3.7.10 AND Movie Render Queue (MRQ):
It seems if you have WATER BODY actor in your scene, and you try to render it using MRQ, UE crashes.
I've been able to replicate this in a simple (new) project containing only a Landscape (default settings) and WaterBody River (default settings).
If you try to render this out in MRQ with DLSS, UE crashes for me.
Delete the WaterBody River actor and WaterZone actor (Waterbody plugin still enabled) from your scene and it renders out fine in MRQ with DLSS.
I reported this to Nvidia DLSS Support. (I'm using nvidia driver version 555.99)

Do you have Support Hardware Raytracing enabled in the graphics options?
I added DLSS 3.7 to my game in UE 5.4.2. The graphics options change the look (ie presets work) but the fps frame rate doesn't boost (probably cpu bootleg, although in the older version DLSS 3.5 boosted frames nicely).
Hmm combining what could be the cause :/

Is it not possible to just swap the DLL from other games? I know you can just replace the DLSS/G/D files and they will usually work in a lot of different games. Techpowerup usually has them up to date, and 3.7 has been available through the nvidia sdk since april. And dlssg (framegen) since the end of last month version 3.7.1
