I need a new seal for the canister. Seems when I emptied it it fell off and now the vacuum doesn't work. Where to get parts????

It will not turn off without removing the battery no matter how long you hold the power button. Love the vacuum but need it to turn off.

I thought I would like this vacuum buy it clogs WAY too much..that's why I would not recommend this product..buy a different brand..not worth the hassle to unclog it almost every time I use it
