Lighting effects dont apply to my Scimitar elite. No matter what preset I select it stays Red color.

Doesn't look like this at all when I open icue it used to but now I just have a bunch of stuff showing memory and temps...don't know where I'm supposed to find the mouse

Know what would be cooler? Letting me setup my Logitech G502 in iCUE, every other peripheral, cpu cooler and ram I own are Corsair 😢

I got a new pc the other day. On my old one I could easily set the side buttons on the mouse to whatever command I want in the Fortnite settings. Since I got my new pc I can’t. In Fortnite settings I click on the command I want, then it tells me to push the button I want that command to bind to. Nothing happens. I’m sure it’s something in the icue app. Anyone know what I’m talking about and know how to fix it?

fix the software, its so insanely bad, filled with to much crap that's completely unnecessary for doing k-binds and picking colors, and that's only IF it actually works at all... complete garbage and that's bad, especially considering how big corsair is... you'd think you could make a decent software and listen to all customers that have so much issues with it... I like the mouse but since ICUE is worse then dog shit... I'm considering just throwing it away and get another brands mouse instead, ICUE as it is will cause me to never buy another corsair product again
make it stable, fix the UI, make it more user friendly and if the bloat functions need to stay make those OPTIONAL at least!
