Creamy layer concept should be implemented in the Sc &St on the basis of the family income, but before doing that the social awareness should be spread among the citizens about the reservation and its objectives. Reservation should be presented as a medicine for the illness of discrimination. So that people can understand the need of it, but as we know that the caste based discrimination is rooted deeply in the indian society. That's why the chances of discrimination after the removal of the reservation can be there whether in society, workplace, religious matters, etc. So the strict laws and the special board on the state levels should be there to overcome this things ( My english is not that good and also if I had miss some points then plz give your suggestions)

The question that does economical upliftment always leads to social upliftment should also be applied to the "creamy layer concept" for obc's also.
As the seats for OBC's were reserved to uplift them socially as well as educationally.
When we sub classify obc into non creamy layer and creamy layer we are doing that classification on economic basis right?
So how is it proven there that a person who belongs to the creamy layer is socially uplifted or not?
