Here is a great example of what you say is true without being true. Let me explain: In reality everything he says is false, taken from his imagination or taken from someone else, but said that way it becomes attractive to listen to and even accepted as truth by many people, so the truth is not reality but the layer you create as a patina. And the fact that it is reality and we discuss it would fall into a philosophical discussion that certainly is not resolved with opposing positions proposed by different thinkers. The physical or most probable reality from a generalized point of view is that this individual is only saying nonsense, but it is an idea that is sustained because people want to believe in it.

When I was a child growing up in a North Lincolnshire village, me and my mate where always out exploring and not going home at our alloted time. One day my mates mum came looking for us, when she found us she was having a go, shouting and asking why didn't go home when we were supposed to. Instead of saying sorry, won't happen again bla bla bla, we said a teenager tied us to the railway line. We carried on the lie when the police arrived and even gave the name of the local school bully. The police took us around to the alleged suspects house and we pointed the guy out. My memory of what happened after that is blank but I don't remember ever seeing the bully again.

My point of this story is that the guy in the video could of easily have been my mate, just talking absolute nonsense.
