The decomposition formula in minute 2:00, should be that fraction and then multiplied by up. I think that is missing.

Isn't each fraction supposed to be multiplied by u_n where n iterates by 1 with each subsequent fraction, starting at 1 for the first fraction?

When you write out the original theorem, you wrote W^T, but I think you meant W perpendicular.

at 1:49 is it supposed to be W perp or W transpose?

I think you made a typo in the example you gave because the vector you wrote was denoted by y^ when you were referring to the regular vector
