Time travel through wormholes! Possible?

Hypothetically speaking about a hypothetical object, if u went into a wormhole the spacetime would stretch faster than the speed of light. That means u could never actually pass thru one but you could in theory have an entire universe inside a wormhole

Yes, you can travel through a wormhole.
No, you won't look like how you looked when you first started off.

No because:
1 - Wormholes would crush you because the gravity is so strong, so you would die.
2 - Even if you could go through, you would travel thousands of light years away in few seconds, BUT from Earth's point of view, you would be gone for thousands of years.

Wormholes do not allow time travel. Time is local, and using a wormhole would not take you into the past, but to the local present of another point in space. Everything you experience happens in the past. The present moment is the only thing that does exist, but we never truly experience it. We never even experience our local space's present moment. We are always several seconds behind the present moment.

Wormholes do exist. I went through one during my Ayahuasca experience. I was racing so fast through a wormhole of bright lights, which felt like the event horizon of a black hole. My body was stretching, and I felt like I was being pulled apart. I could feel every cell that made up my body or what I thought was my body. I was trying to fight it until I realized to just let go and flow with the energy because it was very powerful. It was one of the most magical, wild, scary, enlightening, and humbling experiences.

We all go through wormholes every time we go to sleep, or during a psychedelic experience and when we come back to this reality. It's how we transport to different dimensions. It happens so fast that we don't recognize we went through one because were already there quicker than a blink of an eye.

One can travel through a certain time of another world which co-exists with us. But we cannot go back or further in the world where we live in

Another way of using wormholes, which really fascinates me, is to take one end and place it in an area of super high gravity, like a black hole, which I think they did in Interstellar. To make a long story short, you could use it as a time machine,

Time travel is possible, and was already proven. The issue is you can go only into the future, if you travel at near light speed, as the time around you will go slower. To some extent you could call hyperspace a half wormhole. To travel to an actual past in the same timeline is 100% impossible, as that past matter is no longer there ( thus the Grandpa paradox ). The only way to jump to the past is by somehow accessing a parallel timeline that is 99% similar to ours, but where both their presents at a constant point are slightly delayed. Now how can that be done is a bit of a twist, a quantum bridge through gravity waves as those could travel through different space time layers that could in theory host both those timelines. And even if that is done, when a different type of matter enters a different type of space time with slightly altered principles to allow slower time compared to ours, might merge the timelines into one due to quantum entaglement. That itself sounds like a paradox
