ShartimusPrime Biography:

Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I hope to experience this when I get Marvel Legends figures for my 18th birthday in December because to me, Galactus definitely looks gigantic, threatening, imposing to all of the Marvel heroes, Happy Birthday to Lord Emmatron while hoping and preying that she has an amazing birthday. Mine came about a week ago. Now, I’m just waiting on my HasLab SkyStriker and dreaming of a comparably scaled USS FLAGG Aircraft Carrier.
HasLab is absolutely killing it. I’m not a fan of the Ghost Rider project (I feel they need to, at the very least, add Johnny Blaze and a motorcycle). Also, I’m still a little salty about the life-size Cookie Monster not getting funded (they seem to have memory-holed that project; it’s not listed on the HasLab site anywhere). But with those exceptions, everything they’ve done has been great.
My Galactus outer box was nicked in several places. Fortunately, the outer box absorbed all the damage and preserved the actual display box, which looks beautiful. HasLab really makes you feel like you’re getting a premium product. If I’d known how impressive this was going to be I’d have gotten one more to leave in the display box. I was going to say I should have ordered a third to sell on eBay, but I wouldn’t want to deal with getting this shipped to a buyer. I’m hoping someday HasLab will do a “fan-vote” Best-of-HasLab thing and do another production run for people that missed out or didn’t order as many as they wanted. I know, the idea is to make a very exclusive item for collectors, so some people would complain about devaluing the items in the collector’s market by adding more supply; but there’s a way to keep everyone happy. The second run of an item could be stripped down, without the stretch goals and such. That way, early adopters would still have something unique and desirable, while still giving people a second chance.
Anyway, just my thoughts.

I don't know if shartimus will ever see this, but 8 years ago he did a review on the marvel select abomination and he said he doesn't know of a version with 5 toes but I just thought about it and there is one version, the abomination from MARVEL CONTEST OF CHAMPIONS

I received all my orders on the same day, and in the same exact hour . I had 12 come in going to 3 different addresses abt 10 mins from each other but I had to be at each house to sign , since no one was home . In the end, I had to chase the fed ex guy down to get them all .
