📢The words clear to close send goosebumps down everyone's backs. We are all systems go, time for the powers that be to schedule the actual closing!

REMINDER:
Once the closing has been scheduled consider the following:

🚛 Your garbage service accordingly
🖥 Internet/Cable
🚿 Final readings for fuel, water, sewer.

After the title work comes back the documents are sent to the bank for review. Once the bank reviews the title and deems it acceptable, they will schedule the "Clear to Close". Once we have clear to close, closing can occur within 72 hours assuming all parties can schedule accordingly.
