Theory:
The Giants were just big versions of villagers, and the giants made the structures for smaller beings to live in. The Giants built iron golems to protect the villagers, and the Warden was a giant humanoid axolotl golem that protected the aether and the sky villagers. The Giants caught all the disasters and turned them into mobs, like the Breeze from a tornado/hurricane and the drowned from zombies caught in a flood. The Giants roamed the lands, crushing players if the players were harming mobs like the villagers. The players decided to team up and unite to kill the Giants. The players took down the Giants, and the places the Giants made were altered dramatically. The Aincent Cities with the axolotl golems got taken over by an infectious virus plant, that closed the portal to the Aether. The Aether was trapped forever, and in the Aether there were twice as many islands as the End dimension. Half of the Aether islands got thrown to space, and a space dragon took over and space plants started to grow. The underground forests made by the Giants were burned and became the Nether. The Giant's fossils were scattered around the Overworld and the Nether. The Ocean cities were ruined, and the upgraded villages with bricks and clay and concrete were destroyed in the battles. The Axolotl Golem(Warden), Drowned, Breeze, and all sorts of mobs, all were angry at the players for killing the Giants. They remained in their homes that the Giants had made, spreading the news to other mobs. Now, because of the Aincent Players, the mobs attack players whenever they can. Some mobs were getting hungry after the Giant's foods were gone after the Giants died, and started going savage and attacking other mobs for food. Some were angry that the Giants died, and left their villages and became Illagers and Witches. This is the lore of the Giant in Minecraft(theory)
