Amazing video. I just replaced my screen! I had 2 extra screws on the top, but everything else was so helpful. I was mostly successful... the only thing not working - I don't have a front and back camera now. Thoughts as to what I missed?

I had to replace the charge port, after successfully doing this I made sure that it charged ok before putting the back on the phone. I later discovered that the speaker did not work. What did I do wrong when reassembling the speaker assembly? Does it have a cable that did not get plugged in?

Thanks for the video. Do you know where the NFC chip is? Moto spec says this phone includes NFC. I'm hoping it's near the top of the phone, because on my Pixel 4a it's in the middle and is basically unusable because it gets confused by the cards in my phone wallet.

Does the black coax cable control the vibrate motor? I replaced my screen and now vibrate doesn't work. I pinched the black coax cable.
