As long as 4 maxed rally leads from DTS keep spending they might be still the strongest alliance. DTS has Thunder Troll Leconte and Top vs only Soth and Zaza in LAM, so 4 vs 2 maxed rally leads that can kick each other from the buildings so DTS can cover more buildings with maxed leads and have still enought joiners to follow. S763 might look stronger on paper but maxed maxed rally leaders make huge difference nowadays. For sure s763 has some other strong support rally leads but they probably will bounce easily on DTS as we could see in DD finals when 00 and M3tb accounts were kinda useless against DTS top rally leads.

DTS is still the strongest based on numbers of strongest rLs and joiners.

DYZ will stay the strongest period. VVV was always the strongest in the game. VAL only was able to compete because they found methods of beating VVV but VVV eventually kept bouncing back. VVV was the oldest state so VVV always had the advantage. They also had some of the top Top players in the world as their leads, so obv DYZ is still the strongest. Yes they all left because there's nothing fun to do anymore, everyone is leaving because SoS and Devs won't listen to anyone and as long as their making the money they are they won't give two shits what the people say.
