Loving these 10 minute morning stretches. I do a hatha flow yoga class every Thursday evening, and the instructor recommended I do 10 minute yoga stretches in the morning (and evening). I really like and am really benefiting from these Man Flow Yoga videos (and Dean is really nice to look at too). I am walking with great posture and I feel taller, and it’s a good start emotionally to my day.

As a woman I have always hated yoga because usually the teachers are noodles and can contort their bodies and they don’t explain form you’ve explained it so well this is the first time in my life 28 years I’ve actually stretch properly properly and I was a dancer and a cheerleader and was never able to be flexible after pulling my hamstring thank you man yoga lol i’m gonna keep up with this and hopefully finally show some progress

Dean, thank you for this full-length amazing content. I’ve been following your workouts for 9 months and I’ve noticed big impacts in my ability to recover, sleep quality, and flexibility/mobility which prevents injuries and accelerates recovery.

You make the workouts both challenging yet easy to follow; sometimes it’s like you know exactly what my body is feeling or what form corrections I need to make without being here in person. Keep up the great work!

This long restorative stretching session was excellent for me especially as I had a tense week and a workout earlier this week without a proper stretching afterwards.

I rolled into this right after one of Man Flow Yoga's 50 min intense power yoga sessions. This complemented it perfectly with very deep stretching. I had two shoulder surgeries on the same shoulder and this is the best and most opened up my shoulder has felt in a long time, the deep stretching session was amazing.

Wow, Dean. I am returning to Yoga after a year without. This was a great restorative session. I usually hate pigeon, but you set it up well and I found it to be a great stretch without much discomfort. I’ll keep using your routines!
