Man accused of threatening to kill Allegheny County DA, encouraging mass casualty incident

An Allegheny County man is in jail after threatening to harm the county district attorney and encouraging a mass casualty incident; KDKA's Chris Hoffman reports.

so as always I have questions, why did this man threaten to do this? Are we to believe that just a random individual decided he would threaten his people? I doubt it very much, there are two sides to the story there are probably six sides to it and you have only heard one side. I do not take the side of the perpetrator or of law enforcement. I have learned over the decades that people lie, imagine that and law enforcement individuals lie, imagine that?
Did you hear the one about the woman in custody in the state police barracks in Greensburg, troop A. She was handcuffed and according to the news report shackled. She managed to get out of the handcuffs and walk out of the building, I presume still shackled. She managed to steal a truck and drive away from the area but I understand the truck was not stolen at the police barracks although based on what I know that would’ve been possible because they can’t account for people they’ve arrested, handcuffed and shackled apparently. I would pay $20 to see the video of that escape which they claim they reviewed and saw her doing leaving.😅
