about going to bed on time. But don't miss out Life, during university doing stuff with friends, people, colleagues ( ..or dogs :'D) in the evening or night can be the coolest thing you will always remember. I think it can be a good thing to not constantly think about yourself and how to become "enough". ("Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans")
..well maybe i'm only speaking from my German perspective here. xD
