One issue we seem to face is that publicly they say what ever they want and we are left head scratching wither or not they actually mean it behind closed doors where policy is being discussed.
Now we know their are plenty of politicians and government officials that say one thing and do another especially in modern times, but it is hard to tell until you see the smoking gun and not before.
