Drying and it's process has evolved over time. There is an element which remains vital today: THE SUN. It's making the most of their potential arising solar greenhouses Chatron. Use as a base and as a central element solar panels SVP.

Can be installed up to 8 units. SVP2.5 in series, for in each set series 20 m2 of catchment area. If more thermal power required can always resort to parallel these series.
Chatron developed the new models of Avatar solar dryers, compact, with absolute priority to the Sun and with the drying of several products:

- Aromatic Herbs (Mint, thyme, prince herb, basil, savory, parsley, coriander, among many others).
- Roots (saffron, turmeric, ginger, peanuts, carrots, among others).
- Fruits (apple, pear, banana, goji, pineapple, fig, fig, coconut, grape, orange, nuts, coffee ...).
- Vegetables (tomatoes, onions, cabbage, peppers, beets ...).
- Medicinal Herbs (echinacea, cannabis, valerian, bilberry, rosemary, marigold, ginseng, mallow, ...).
- Meat, fish, seaweed, bagasse in general.

Composed of a thermally insulated chamber panel, high efficiency hot air solar panel, heating support system, fan and electronic command and control board, this dryer is prepared for continuous and efficient drying, with high energy gain when compared with other dryers on the market.

The energy savings of this solar dryer is over 80% when compared to conventional dryers on the market.
