Your strategy is by far the easiest to follow. I was all over the place. I was following a strategy of buying the dip. Problem I had was I would enter when I thought it had already bottomed and the stock should bounce to an uptrend. I end up losing money and I would hold on to the losing trade hoping for it to bounce back. I would also buy additional contracts to average my cost. Huge mistake!
