In this video , a simple safety project is simulated for S7-1200F. In this project you will see how to add S7-1200F in your project , add safety data block with necessary safety binary and INT memories. Simple binary code sections are added along with a simple INT addition instruction.

For the next step , the entire program is tested by downloading to S7-PLCSIM for S7-1200 and S7-1500 . Function test includes disabling safety mode , check the program sections and enable the safety mode again.

Hello, thanks a lot for the excellent video. Could I ask a couple of questions?
1. If on real PLC we need to deactivate safety mode for the long time, will safety program works properly as “normal PLC”. I mean will it in case of HH or LL event trip the unit.
2. What is the difference to operate PLC with activated and deactivated safety mode?

I have seen your videos and I would like to know how I can simulate in tía portal an 1214fc plc is this possible??, because I have been trying and just have a plc in stop mode when i finish to download the program in plcsim and the message error is because something happend in the fb 32767.
