This band is so precise. They are so important. They have left such a legacy duplicated by no one. Long live the Rush family.

It may have been explained before, but during the R40 tour they went back in time through the show, starting with songs from Clockwork Angels and finishing the song with Working Man. So of course the stage starts out with props appropriate for Clockwork Angels, and as the songs get older, stage hands change the props until the stage is the minimal setup they started with oh so many years ago.

RUSH deserves their own Mount Rushmore. I'm not joking.

Rush always swings for the fences whenever they play in front of their fans…giving 100% of themselves in every note they play using their gifts and talents…Rush is one of one…legendary! Thanks for sharing your feedback/comments…👍

Hey Red!!! ♥️
Mark here. Please never ever apologize for going back to listen to a Rush tune. It's a sign of respect! Whenever you do that true fans smile and go back even further! Live Rush is magic. There are others out there giving reactions to their music. Sadly they don't have the passion for this band like you do. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I managed to take my son to 5 shows, he was 11 yrs old the 1st time and 18 the last time. Now he's in his late 20s and is still a huge RUSH.

it hit me with this song of theirs.... how in the world with their instrumental songs, like this one, like Xanadu, do they remember their transitions! Its one thing with lyrics, at least with lyrics you have a forthcoming lyric to know when to transition, but their instrumentals! .... absolute musical polymaths!

10:12 I took my daughter to the R40 show and we had a blast. LOTS of kids, parents and grandparents were there to cheer on their favourite band with us. One of my best memories as a dad.

I can't say this is my favorite instrumental of theirs (though I enjoy it very much), but it is one of the most challenging and innovative drumming compositions of Neil's. Just very creative and he was always searching as a player. I still can't play bits of it, as there's just something tricky about the song. He remarked that he spent a full 3 days learning the song and piecing together his part to make it what it is. And it shows. Never one to rest on his laurels. A good mantra for life.

You look nice in green. 😁
Yup, still just 3 dudes. Ha Ha, you crack me up in the best way.
You are really feeling the RUSH vibes as a more seasoned fan. 👍

My guilty pleasure Rush moment is from the Snakes and Arrows tour during the song Entre Nous. Look at the smile Geddy gives Alex at the 3:02 mark of the song. Priceless. They have such a great bond. Keep up your awesome reactions. They are my favs!

That bright ringing note where he just touches the string rather than pressing it to the fingerboard, or fretting, picks it and lets it go is called a harmonic. A simple but lovely jewel of a guitar trick. 😊

So glad you did this one. The guy jumping up and down with the top hat on during this video is my good friend Jim. I was about 4 seats away from him for this show. I remember being in Toronto like it was yesterday. I can’t believe it’s been over 9 years. 🤘🎶💜
