Can you please try the Bluetooth call function? Mine is having a problem connecting to my phone since this watch has 2 Bluetooth versions. I can connect through the app but I can't connect for Bluetooth call most of the time. Even if it's connected, the connection is not stable and keeps disconnecting. Please try the Bluetooth call function, the speaker and microphone if it works on your watch. And maybe waterproof test as well?
