I find myself closing my eyes while listening to this. Takes me back to the 70’s and remembering all of Linda’s wonderful songs.

Willie Nelson said it best I think. He said, "There are two types of men in the world, those who love Linda Ronstadt and those who have never heard of her." I could not agree with Willie more!

Linda Ronstadt sings achingly beautiful love songs but she can rock out too as she does in You’re No Good and Tumbling Dice.

She has sung everything from light opera to mariachi music. Rock, country, a bit of everything. A brilliant voice.

Linda sings live as good or better than the recordings. One of the greatest singers of all time. Queen of the 70s.

Drop-dead gorgeous and supremely talented, she still infused this song about rejection with total feeling and credibility. Sublime.

I always loved this song. OH the pain of young angst. Those crushes are called crushes for a reason.

she was barely 23 when she recorded this. The story goes that this song was the second take, and then she went into the control booth to take a nap.

This song tore my little preteen heart apart. Never had any experience to put up against this, but I felt every word she sang.😢

This was just another song we heard when we turned on the radio in the 60's and 70's. Hit after hit after hit! What a time for growing up with music.

Welcome to the magic of Linda Rondtadt - a voice that can't be matched. She could sing any genre and was "the voice" of the 1970's. Such a beautiful voice.

One of the greatest female singers of the 20th century. She could sing any genre, from country, pop, American Standards, Mexican cultural standards, light opera. She did it all. She also was great friends with members of Eagles and helped them get exposure at the beginning of their career.
A wonderful singer, a wonderful person and friend. Tragic that she can no longer sing because of Parkinson’s Disease 😞

One of the greatest and most versatile voices ever.
Such a shame her disease has robbed her of her singing voice but so many great perfomances and moments left for us to enjoy.
Thank you for sharing.

♥♥ One of the greatest female singers in the history of music. She can sing any and everything. Wait until you hear her sing in Spanish. One of her greats albums was all in Spanish, dedicated to her father who was Mexican. You are in a treat as you go down the Linda Ronstadt rabbit hole. Fantastic world class music. b

Linda could sing anything and DID. She sang rock, country, folk, country/rock, Opera, Mexican folk music, Cuban music, and New Wave in the 80's, and reinvented herself in the 90's doing albums of the American Songbook. Her strength and control were unmatched. She sounded as good or better live than in the studio. It is a crime that she has a terrible illness that has taken her voice, and now, her ability to speak.

Linda is in my top 5 female artists of all time, I’ve seen her live 3 times, even though she doesn’t write her own music she can sing anything and her vocals are stellar
