Debates are needed and must be used to see who is the best qualified because they can express, and have, the best ideas. This goes hand in hand with overturning citizens united legislatively to restore representative democracy.

Debates should be legally required for every elected office; totally run by the voters with the full force of law. Candidates should be TOLD everything and expected to comply: The date, time, format, the questions, the moderator, dictated.
