Just make sure you wash the ballon from the outside, flip it inside out and then use it. Some powder is put inside them so they don’t stick when manufactured.

Fair warning: if you do this hack make sure you properly clean out the balloon before attempting. If the balloon is not washed out properly, especially if it's been put away in a draw it could have been in contact with germs bugs and other substances and particles that could lead to you getting sick. Please br careful before doing the following in the video. Have fun!
