Hi I have a question the ice o matic model cimo526fa is happening something wrong is not making ice, Drop the ice the very quickly in 3 o 4 minutes and isn't enough Time to make the ice correctly, what I can do?

Hi, I have an Ice o matic 1406fo2 (220v) it use to fill the bin in a few hours now on average it produces about 10 bags per day . I've noticed on the left side it takes a long time to release the ice and by that time it becomes deformed .... I'm in Trinidad, I've had technicians look at it, serviced it said it's working fine, but it's not, please help
