Great job with the animations in the Root Faction video. Same with the visual elements in this video too!

This made me miss Oath. Only got to play it five times. It started really good, but just went downhill and eventually my group had an 'intervention'. Half the players really did not enjoy the game at all.

I haven't played anywhere near enough Oath to see all of the cards :'( I've only gotten it to table five or six times. My friends don't like it nearly as much as Root and I really wish I could play it more often... great video!

My #1 Order card is Captains. I love having a large army on my player board and this card deters any of my opponents from ending their turn in any of my controlled sites. Other notable Order cards include Royal Tax, Curfew, Martial Culture, and Encirclement. Haha, my playstyle is really showing through. One of the reasons why I love this game though is that, like you said, these cards are only sometimes available. It's fun to pivot depending on what cards are available.

My personal favorite is "Tyrant", especially if you hold the Bandit Crown. "Toll Roads" has been an iconic staple in our Chronicle though, so I wanna shout it out as well.

Garrison is kind of a boring card, but we have found it useful. Thematically my favorite are secret police and curfew.
