I can ALWAYS tell which side is drugstore by the ratchet look of the foundation & concealer. That is literally the thing that always sells it out.
And btw, Heart, as much as love these series, I have a suggestion on how to make it even better. U should do a time test, like to see the difference with time, cos that irl is one of the main factors that show the quality of the product. It all looks good when you fresh apply it but with time drugstore stuff usually fades away, creases, flakes etc... that would be really good to see!

Sleep tips:

Green tea (Not Lipton)

Listen to sounds from nature, whenever I listen to raindrops I immediately pass out

Try reading or studying (not on phone)

And if u have to be on ur phone put the lighting on low as well as any other lights

Take a hot shower

Wash ur beddding

But if it's a serious problem I would try to find the cause ( such as maybe stress or paranoia) and then look for a solution (eliminate as much stress as u can)

I hope it's okay to give you a constructive feedback. I enjoy your "Cheap Dupes" and "Products Tested" and I'm glad you enjoy doing them. I understand that you don't have to listen to your fans, but I feel like your videos have been redundant lately. Yes they are different products, but the content are similar. You and others may disagree with me, but that is okay. It would be nice to see other types of videos from time to time. Yes I am aware that there are other videos (I've watched them all), but if you look at them all in a thumbnail, the videos look very similar.

i've had a lot of trouble trying to fall asleep but through these techniques i've been able to fall asleep a lot easier. make sure to put your phone away earlier and don't stay up too late on it or else it activates your brain and it's much harder to fall asleep. another thing is a sleep spray.you can get these anywhere but make sure to get one that you like the smell of and that's relaxing. lastly use a sound machine or an app on ur phone with relaxing sounds. i suggest sleep pillow. hopefully these work! loved this video btw!
