TL;DR: - Friendly reminder this is most definitely scripted (great concept though)




Evidence:

- Girl walks in through glass doors.
- All lights go out.
- She exits stage left by a glass window. (Note, the street is still illuminated just before the lights turn back on)
- The lights flicker back on
- Everybody runs

Conclusion:
If this was real then everyone saw her tuck herself in the front right corner of the shop from their view, or conceal herself somewhere.
She would've been silhouetted against the well lit street in the background.
