I see that Captain Mike understands why Larkin successfully, but dangerously, got a suspect on the ground, so in a way, Sean was a Good Samaritan. However, I do see that what Sean did was dangerous too, because what if that suspect Larkin put down on the ground had a weapon in his possession? That would have put Larkin’s life and the suspect’s own life at even more risk than they already were.
